About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A Driver for a temp-to-perm position delivering hardware supplies throughout the Northeast. This local driving role offers consistent weekday work, competitive pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay & Schedule
Pay rate: $346.15 per day, approximately $90,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours per week: 40
Start time: Between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Employment type: Temp to perm
Start date: July 7, 2026
Sign-on bonus: $5,000
Job Details

Freight: Hardware supplies
Equipment: Automatic Freightliner with a 20- to 53-foot trailer
Handling: Driver unload
Stops: 8 to 10 stops per day
Delivery areas: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine
Hazmat endorsement required
Training location: Rome, New York
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on local delivery routes
Deliver hardware supplies to customers across the assigned service area
Unload freight at delivery locations
Complete approximately 8 to 10 stops per day
Follow all applicable safety, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
Maintain a professional and service-focused relationship with customers
Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Hazmat endorsement
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
