Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $24.40 / hour plus incentives. The deadline for applications is extended through October 26, 2026.
The CDL Driver is responsible for delivering products to clients; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean the vehicle. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.
Responsible for delivering and servicing all products within assigned accounts
Merchandises and stocks all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
Manages, rotates, and maintains a neat inventory in each account
Provides excellent customer service to accounts, effectively resolves concerns or issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
Honors all personal and business commitments to all customers
Responsible for completion of all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at all accounts, POD’s collected and all related paperwork.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
Must demonstrate an ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely and effectively
Able to quickly learn product and account characteristics
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required
Previous driving and/or delivery experience preferred
Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
