Additional Earning Opportunities Depending on fleet and circumstances, drivers may qualify for additional compensation, including:
Detention pay: Up to $160 per 24-hour period
Inclement weather pay: Up to $150 per day
Layover pay: Up to $150 per day on applicable fleets
Dedicated stop pay: Up to $140 per day
Driver referral bonuses: Up to $2,500 per referral with unlimited earning potential

CDL-A Driver Qualifications Applicants must have:
A current Interstate Class A CDL
At least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
Ability to work and interact effectively with others
Marten's application materials further specify 4 months of OTR/Regional driving experience or 1 year of local driving experience after completing training . Students and drivers with less than the required experience do not qualify for these positions.
