Make a difference as a CDL-A Flatbed Driver
As a new CDL-A Truck Driver at Western Lehigh Services & Transport, you can expect a dynamic day filled with vital responsibilities. Your day will start with a thorough pre-trip inspection to ensure your vehicle is safe and road-ready. You'll be responsible for transporting freight to various locations, always following designated routes and schedules. Navigating highways and local roads, you'll encounter diverse driving conditions, requiring your acute attention to safety and compliance with all regulations. You'll interact with dispatch to report your progress and manage logistics efficiently.
Upon arrival at each destination, you'll handle the unloading process, ensuring that cargo is delivered intact and on time. Maintaining clear communication with customers and colleagues will be key to fostering positive relationships while upholding the company's commitment to excellence and integrity in every aspect of your role.
