- Average $1,599 - $1,863 weekly - top performers average $1,854 - $2,161 weekly*

- Starting pay: 67 CPM based on experience

- $2,000 hiring bonus (paid monthly)

- $1,000 orientation pay (first dispatch)

Choose Your Driving Position:/n

- Regional Flatbed Driver: Home time every 7-10 days based on location

- OTR Flatbed Driver: Home time every 14-21 days based on location

Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL-A truck drivers to join our flatbed division. We offer both Regional and OTR flatbed opportunities, allowing drivers to choose the home time schedule that best fits their lifestyle. Our flatbed fleet allows you to maximize your earning potential by providing consistent, steady miles hauling oversized air conditioner units round-trip on flatbed trailers. No flatbed experience? No problem, we provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road. All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license and one year of driving experience. Apply online.

- Over-dimensional pay:
/n
- $75-$200 based on miles
/n
- $400 for any load over 64K
/n
- Stop pay: $30 per stop
/n
- Securement pay: $25 per stop
/n
- Tarp pay: $50 per stop
/n
- $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada
/n
- $3,000 referral bonus
/n
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA
/n
- All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months

- Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia come equipped with: refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other driver-friendly features

Requirements:/n
