Hirschbach Motor Lines is Seeking CDL-A Lease Purchase Drivers.
Over The Road - Lease Purchase
Contract with the Elite Fleet

That's why we're investing in our fleet with a total $.10 CPM pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers.
The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned for Q4.

Compensation:
$10,000 Sign On Bonus - Limited Time!!
+$.10CPM pay increase in effect July 2026
Effective July 2026: $1.17 - $2.90
Additional raise of $.05 CPM in Q4
$1,500 per driver, $3,000 minimum per truck per week
Sliding scale based on the length of the load
Earn $.10/mile Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus Incentive
$800 Orientation Completion Pay
Breakdown pay/Layover pay
Solo Driver Lease Benefits:
