R & J Trucking is hiring CDL A Local Dump Truck Drivers in Shelby, Ohio. * Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 (drivers who run consistently and manage their time well often exceed that)
* Pay based on an industry leading percentage (%) of linehaul structure
* Additional % for seniority and meeting individual weekly performance goals

* 23 years of age
* 1 year of recent, safe, verifiable Class A CDL experience
* Dump or roll-off experience preferred but not required
* Good MVR and CSA scores
* Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug test
* Must be able to pass a road test and essential job functions test
* Must live within 30 miles of Shelby, OH
