\ NNew pay increase - Dedicated Team truck driver
\ NAverage pay: $1,500-$1,830 weekly
\ NHome time: Every other week
\ NExperience: All CDL holders
Overview\ N Haul sporting goods in dry van trailers to and from retail stores.
\ N 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook.
\ N Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
\ N 2-4 loads per week with1-3 stop-offs per load.
\ N Drive within the Western 11 states.
\ N Take your dog or cat onthe road with our Team Pet Policy.
\ N Pay and bonus potential \ N Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
\ N Earn at least $1,000 inweekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
\ N Weekly performance pay.
\ N $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
\ N $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
\ N Paid orientation.
Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
\ N Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
\ N Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
\ N Live within 75 miles ofPhoenix, AZ.
