About the Position
Our client is seeking CDL A drivers for an over-the-road position hauling food products in a refrigerated trailer. This role offers no-touch freight, consistent miles, and dedicated support from the TransForce team.
Pay & Schedule
Pay rate: $0.65 per mile
Average weekly pay: $1,500
Average weekly mileage: 2,150 miles
Schedule: Sunday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m.
Hours per week: 40
Layovers: Three to four per week in a sleeper unit
Employment type: Temp to perm
Anticipated start date: July 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities
Operate a CDL A tractor-trailer safely on assigned over-the-road routes.
Transport food products in a refrigerated trailer.
Complete no-touch freight assignments according to schedule.
Operate a sleeper cab and manage scheduled layovers.
Follow all applicable transportation safety and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license, Class A.
6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
Must be at least 21 years old.
