Up to $0.75 CPM — loaded and empty miles paid

2,800 Guaranteed Weekly Miles
- $0.60 base CPM + up to $0.15 CPM in performance bonuses

$1,680 weekly base pay at 2,800 guaranteed miles

Up to $2,625 weekly at 3,500 miles with full performance bonuses
- MPG Performance Bonus — up to $0.05 CPM
- Mileage Performance Bonus — up to $0.10 CPM
