CDL-A OTR Team Driver | $0.90 CPM | 4,500–5,500 Miles/Week
Logistic Links Corp is immediately hiring full-time CDL-A OTR Team Drivers to dispatch from our Independence, KY 41051 terminal and haul FedEx freight.

CDL-A OTR Team Driver Pay & Highlights
$2,025–$2,475+ average weekly earnings per driver
$0.90 CPM
4,500–5,500 miles per week
$1,500 weekly guarantee to help protect earnings when qualifying runs cancel or don't dispatch
$66/day per diem
$550 safety bonus every 4 months
Paid weekly
2024–2025 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks
Dedicated and flexible FedEx routes
Teams can stay out 2–3 weeks by choice for additional earning potential
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
PTO after 1 year
Routes
All teams dispatch from Independence, KY 41051.
Dedicated: Independence, KY → Port St. Lucie, FL → Savannah, GA → Independence, KY
Additional FedEx routes: Routes vary based on available freight and may include Ocala, FL and other locations
Consistent OTR freight with opportunities for 4,500–5,500 miles per week
Schedule
Full-time OTR team position
Typically Tuesday morning through Saturday night/Sunday morning
Approximately 4–5 days on the road
Teams may stay out 2–3 weeks by choice
Dispatch times typically fall between 3:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Drivers must be flexible with dispatch times based on freight and route requirements

2024–2025 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper cabs
Modern team-operated equipment
Sleeper trucks designed for extended OTR operations
Drivers should be comfortable spending extended periods on the road and working closely with a co-driver.

CDL-A Driver Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
At least 1 full year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years
Doubles endorsement required prior to starting; training is provided
Ability to meet applicable DOT and FedEx requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to handle OTR team operations
