Job description
Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators who are business partners, offering a pay structure designed for profitability. Solo Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.
Routes run within Forward’s nationwide terminal network of 100+ locations; typical runs are 2–3 weeks out, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year, and dedicated Driver Support.
