CDL A Port Driver | $30/hr | Newark NJ $1500 total sign on bonus paid at 30, 60, & 90 days
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support Local operations based in Newark, NJ. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Port Driver Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am Start, Home Daily Pay: $28/hr + OT after 40, est. $1,500/week Route Type: Local, including NY deliveries Handling: No-touch
CDL A Port Driver Minimum Requirements: License: CDL A Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience TWIC Card Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Port Responsibilities: Safely operate equipment on local routes Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Meet the physical demands of the role
