CDL-A FAMILY DOLLAR Regional Driver - Ashley, IN
Earn $1,700–$1,850 per week on average , with top earners reaching $2,200, on a regional delivery account based in Ashley, IN . Get paid for mileage, unloading, and backhauls, with home time 3–4 times per week. This is a touch-freight position requiring physical unloading .

Average Weekly Pay: $1,700–$1,850
Top Weekly Earnings: Up to $2,200
Potential Annual Earnings: $80,000–$115,000+
All-in Pay: Up to $1.76 per mile, including base mileage pay and eligible additional earnings
Base CPM based on experience: 0–11 months: $0.85 CPM
12–23 months: $0.86 CPM
24–35 months: $0.87 CPM
36+ months: $0.88 CPM
Unload Pay: $335 per unload
Backhaul Pay: $30 per backhaul
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid in installments through 180 days
Training: One week of ride-along training at $150 per day
Home Time: 3–4 times per week, typically every other day
Approximately 1,110 miles and 3 loads per week
Night driving, early-morning deliveries, and some weekend and holiday work
Job Details
Regional routes through Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin
Drivers unload boxes individually using rollers
Approximately 3–5 stops per route
Must be physically able to unload freight and work in varying temperatures
Secure truck and trailer parking is required during home time
Job Requirements
Minimum background of 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months .
Valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record
Valid DOT Medical Card
No SAP drivers
Must be able to perform physical unloading
Must be able to work nights and occasional weekends and holidays
Must have access to secure truck and trailer parking
