Job DescriptionJob Description\ NCDL-A OTR / Regional Truck Driver | Up to $1,900/Week | No Touch Freight | New Grads Welcome
\ NWe are hiring CDL-A drivers ready to run miles and earn strong weekly pay. Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent graduate with 120+ hours of accredited trucking school, we have immediate openings.

Duties\ NPay and Miles
\ N $0.50 – $0.55 CPM(3+ years experience)
\ N $0.43 – $0.49 CPM with step raises (6 months – 2 years, 11 months)
\ N $0.39 CPM with step raises (recent graduates)
\ N Average weekly gross: $1,200 – $1,900
\ N Average miles: 2,700 – 3,000 per week
\ N 20% per diem (increasestake-home pay)
\ N Performance-based CPM increases at 3, 6, and 12 months
\ N Annual increases after year one
\ N Home Time
\ N Regional and OTR options available
\ N Flexible based on driver preference and route
\ N Equipment
\ N 2022+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680
\ N Automatic and manual transmissions
\ N Double bunks
2000W inverters
\ N Refrigerators and TV mounts
\ N Freight and Work Details
\ N 100% no-touch freight
\ N No forced dispatch
Consistent miles and steady workload
\ N Qualifications Qualification
\ N Must be 21 years or older
\ N Valid CDL Class A
Must meet FMCSA requirements
\ N Must pass background check
