CDL-A Regional Dry Van Company Driver Pay: $0.60 - $1.23 / MILE Great Lakes Region - Get Home Every Weekend for a 34-Hour Reset - Top 50% earning $1,400+ Weekly - Top 20% Earning $1,750+ Weekly - $2,500 Orientation Completion Bonus With a regional or dedicated route with Anderson Trucking Service (ATS), you'll know what to expect this week, next week and every week - including weekly home time. Build quality relationships with your customers as you consistently move their freight. Primarily stick to Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota, but may extend beyond that occasionally. Other Regional/Dedicated Dry Van Company Driver Benefits: Company drivers earn 26% of revenue with a guaranteed 60 CPM floor Average nearly 4.5+ loads per week Average 1,750+ miles per week (that means you're making great money without burning miles!) $2,500 orientation completion bonus PET POLICY: One cat or dog is allowed in the truck (ask driver consultant for details) Get home weekly for a 34-hour reset Per diem at no cost to the driver Consistent miles 2023 or newer Freightliner or Peterbilt trucks Vacation pay Medical, dental and vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance 401(k)/profit-sharing plan Flexible spending accounts Employee assistance program ELDs in EVERY TRUCK since 2009 APUs and inverters in EVERY company driver truck Refrigerators can be added upon request Flights, car rentals, single rooms and all meals at orientation covered (spouses are welcome!)
