G&D Integrated is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in the Dayton, OH region. Drivers will be hauling dry van trailers for a dedicated customer throughout the midwest & southeast regions. Don't start at the bottom - your starting rate reflects your driving history.* Hourly option* Hourly pay range: $28 - $30* Overtime pay after 50 hours* Miles option* 57.5 - 65 CPM* Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded* Average of 2,300 miles weekly* Overnight pay: $32.00* Bonuses:* $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed* $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers* Paid via direct deposit weeklyBenefits & Perks* Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed:* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Company paid life insurance* Company paid short term disability insurance* 401K with company match (Contribute immediately, match starts at 6 months)* 9 Paid Company Holidays* Paid Time Off: 40 hours starting immediately, 9 days after 1 year* Paid orientation* Boot reimbursement program* Take your truck home program with approval, must have secure parkingHome Time, Route, & Schedule* Home Time: 2-3 days per week* Schedule: Varies* Route: Midwest & southeast regions* Dedicated customer* Drop lot in Clayton, OH area* Level of Touch: No touch freightEquipment* 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks* 2-3 year replacement cycle* All trucks are automatic transmission* Governed speed: 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise* ELD equipped with Samsara system* Forward facing cameraQualifications* Must be at least 23 years of age* Must have CDL A license* Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience* No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months* No more than two or more preventable/at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle* No more than one DOT preventable/at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV* No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years* No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months* No failures or refusals of drug/alcohol tests* Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations* Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen* Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 90 miles of Dayton, OH or be willing to relocate for this position G&D Integrated has a rich history that dates to the early 1880's, when freight was being delivered with horse-drawn wagons.
