Job DescriptionWhat We Offer:
\ N Home nightly – no overnight stays
\ N Regional routes within ~300 miles
\ N Average 10–12 hour workdays
\ N Consistent, year-round freight
\ N Well-maintained equipment (flatbed Conestoga trailers)
\ N Supportive dispatch andoperations team
\ N Job Responsibilities:
\ N Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
\ N Haul flatbed and Conestoga freight within a regional area
\ N Properly secure loads (strapping, chaining)
\ N Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
\ N Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations
\ N Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
\ N Requirements:
\ N Valid CDL-A license
\ N Minimum 2 years of flatbed experience required
\ N Experience with load securement (chains, straps)
\ N Clean driving record
\ N Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (tarping, securement)
\ N Strong work ethic and reliability
\ N Schedule:
\ N Home daily
Typical shifts: 10–12 hours
