About Sharp Sharp has been in business for over 35 years and is still growing. We haven't forgotten who drives our business. Our drivers come first, from the trucks we spec to the miles we pay. Pay $0.52–$0.60 CPM starting, based on experience Pay review at 90 days Weekly direct deposit Why Drive for Sharp? 2,500–3,000 miles per week All dispatched miles paid, loaded or empty No touch freight (unless you choose to) Dry van and reefer only. No doubles, triples, or hazmat. Starting pay based on experience, with a pay review at 90 days Weekly direct deposit Bonuses Monthly production bonus: run 10,500 miles in a month and earn an extra $0.02 CPM, or run 12,500 miles and earn an extra $0.03 CPM Retention bonus Home Time Home time varies by location Dedicated, regional, and Utah local opportunities available Equipment 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Volvos All automatic transmissions Trucks built for driver comfort: TV mounts, fridge, and plenty of storage Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage starts the first of the month after 60 days Short- and long-term disability 401(k) available after 30 days, with a company match up to 4% Rider Pet Policy Riders allowed (ages 9 and up) Pets allowed (current vaccination records required) Requirements Valid Class A CDL 6 months to 1 year of OTR experience Ready to drive for a company that puts drivers first?
