About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A regional truck driver based in Lafayette, IN. This role involves delivering food to facilities on regional routes using a refrigerated trailer and an electric pallet jack for unloading. Drivers are home three days per week and receive dedicated support from the TransForce team.
Pay & Schedule
Estimated earnings of $1,900 per week
$1,625 weekly guarantee for a full scheduled week
$25 per stop after the first stop
Miles over 2,300 per week paid at $0.65 per mile
Approximately 55 to 60 hours per week
Schedule is either Sunday afternoon through Thursday afternoon or Monday through Friday
Home three days per week
Sleep in the sleeper truck three to four days per week

Key Responsibilities
Deliver food to facilities on regional routes.
Operate a refrigerated trailer safely and efficiently.
Use an electric pallet jack to unload freight at each stop.
Perform light-touch freight handling.
Follow all applicable transportation safety and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Valid CDL A.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
At least 23 years old.
Ability to read and speak English.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
