Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTwo to three weeks of travel, then two to three days off: that is the schedule on this OTR solo role out of the Arkansas operation. You drive a modern Freightliner with an automatic transmission, pulling a 53' trailer.
Where you deliver and how long your hauls run depend on where you live. Most of what you carry is refrigerated, with some dry freight mixed in, and all of it is no-touch.
The Freight:
Primarily refrigerated goods
Some dry freight
No-touch loads
Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on your place of residence
Schedule:
2-3 weeks out
2-3 days off
Equipment:
Company-provided Freightliner trucks three years old or newer
Automatic transmission
53' trailers
Equipped with the latest safety features
Day to Day:
Work alone as a solo driver
Stay in close contact with your fleet manager
Communicate clearly with customers at each delivery
A safety-first culture backed by modern safety equipment
Pay Details:
Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
Pay per mile (CPM)
Pay is based on 1+years of experience to these OTR accounts
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
21 years of age or older
3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
