Job description
El Paso Teams Needed!! El Paso Terminal.
1800 average length of haul!
Point Dedicated
• Team Top Earners $110k-$120k per driver
• We offer a $500 Orientation Pay!
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus - Teams Only
• Average mileage quarterly bonus $1500-$1800 per driver $$$
• $ sign on $ per driver
• Michigan / New York / OH Teams run North to South back North twice weekly!
• Laredo / El Paso / Mission teams run South to North back South twice weekly!
• Average length of haul miles! We keep you Moving
• 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadia Condo Unit
• Refrigerator and Inverter in all units
• $ sign on $ per driver
• Hometime 2 weeks out 3-4 days home
• 2 years OTR Experience required
Solo Drivers:
• Solo Top Earners earn $90k-$100K
• Team Top Earners earn $100k-$120k
• Solo out 3-4 weeks take a week off! (6-7 days home)
• Team out 2 weeks home 3-4
• Run TX TO MI AND OR BUFFALO NY! LONG HAUL!
• Solo 3k+ miles Teams 6k+ Miles
• Average length of haul miles! We keep you Moving
• 2 years OTR Experience required

Our drivers run within a 100 mile radius of our terminals LONG HAUL! We hold orientation at each location! Orientation every Tuesday and Thursday!
