Flatbed CDL-A Driver Job Overview
Top pay built for serious flatbed pros. Earn up to $112,000 per year with base pay up to 75CPM based on experience and location, plus scheduled yearly CPM raises that keep your earning power growing.*
Weekend home time you can plan around. Most customers operate during normal business hours, meaning fewer overnight appointments, a more predictable week, and weekends at home.
Big sign-on for experienced drivers. Qualified flatbed drivers can earn up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, giving you a strong start from day one.*
Bonuses that stack on every mile. Add up to 5CPM in monthly performance bonuses, plus tarp pay, load securement pay, stop pay, detention, layover, and breakdown pay, because flatbed skill should pay more.*

Driver Requirements
Valid CDL A license
Reefer: 6 months CDL A driving experience
Midwest Flatbed: 6 months CDL A driving experience
Southern Flatbed: 6 months recent Flatbed experience OR 1 year CDL A driving experience
