Job DescriptionJoin National Carriers on our dedicated account out of Hummels Wharf, PA! NCI is offering a $250 Daily Pay Guarantee with a $3,000 sign-on bonus!
We are seeking safe and compliant CDL A Drivers to haul pre-loaded refrigerated freight. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, 90% drop and hook, daily guaranteed pay, and consistent regional routes.
Truck Driver Compensation:
Average Weekly Gross of $1,850, with an annual W-2 averaging $90,000
$3,000 Sign on bonus
$250 Daily Pay Guarantee!
Student Drivers start at $200 daily at Solo, $225 daily at 90 days, and $250 at 180 days
Must not turn down loads, have preventable service failures or preventable accidents to qualify*
Maximize Your Pay:
Quarterly Fuel Bonuses
Performance pay up to $0.04 per mile
Accessorial pay up to $0.03 per mile

Automatic Detention Pay
Truck Driver Equipment:
Drive in comfort in late-model, permanently assigned Kenworth T680s.
Fully kitted and equipped with 2500-watt inverters, APUs, and refrigerators.
Ability to take your truck home.
Regional running area: PA, NY, MD, NJ, VA, OH. Average 2,300 miles weekly.
Trucks are equipped with EZ-Pass, Pre-Pass, and Com-Data Fuel Cards.
Our Truck Drivers' Home Time:
10-14 days out with 2 days home

Truck Driver Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 36 months -OR- 6 months of recent experience combined with a CDL school certificate

Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
