XPO LTL Team Drivers - Existing Teams Only - 100% No Touch - 97.4 CPM, split + Traffic Pay
Established teams for LTL between XPO facilities. Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
$2,300 to $2,600 weekly average gross per driver (based on 4500 weekly miles, network average
Our drivers average $119,000 to $135,000 annually
97.4 cents per mile , split between each driver ($0.487 per mile)
Traffic pay - $35.42 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
Full health insurance benefits available on day one
LTL freight, in house and no touch. All loads are between XPO facilities
Only recruiting existing teams; both team members must submit an application to this position Being an XPO Team Driver requires the ability work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver. A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
