Tandem Specialized is Now Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers: Flatbed, Dry Van, Heavy Haul Earn $70,000-$90,000 per Year - Home Every Weekend $2,500 Orientation/Training Bonus

Home every weekend
All flatbeds equipped with sliding tarp systems
Weekly minimum salary or mileage guarantee

Route Details: Drivers are home every weekend and guaranteed minimum miles. Drivers may also choose to be home every other weekend, with a weekly mileage guarantee of 2,250 miles. Delivery region consists mostly of MI, IN, OH, WI, IL, and some in KY and TN, with OTR opportunities throughout the Midwest and South. The main operating terminal is in Grayling, MI, with 24/7 access to a driver lounge and showers. A second smaller office is located in St. Louis, MI.
All trucks are equipped with sleeper berths and include inverters, APU, fridge, and bunk heaters
All trucks are less than 2 years old - we target 4-year trade cycles
In addition to our 2-axle flatbeds, Tandem also operates a large fleet of 8-axle flatbeds, B-trains, and several 53’ dry vans
Additional Benefits: Paid Time Off (PT0) - eligible on Day 1
Holiday pay (6 days) - eligible on Day 30
Tenure pay starting at 1st anniversary (up to $75/week)
Additional load bonus pay
Extra pick-up & stop-off pay - where applicable
Detention pay - where applicable
Driver referral bonuses (up to $7,500/driver)

Requirements:
Valid CDL-A
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
1 year of verifiable flatbed driving experience is preferred
Ability to pass a DOT physical exam
Must pass pre-employment drug testing
Extensive knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
Willingness to haul freight into Canada is preferred
