Compensation
Annual Earnings
$66,500-$80,000
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

$500 after 6 months
$500 after 12 months

Responsibilities
Professional CDL-A Drivers will:
Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles
Transport Amazon freight on scheduled regional routes
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate electronic logs
Deliver freight safely and on time
Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards
Represent Elite Solution Organization professionally
Minimum Qualifications
At least 21 years of age
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum one year of verifiable Class A CDL experience OR six months of verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A CDL experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to pass DOT Physical
Ability to pass DOT Drug Screen
Pass Background Check
Comfortable using ELDs and mobile technology
Strong communication skills
Safety-focused professional attitude
