Marine Driver Overview
Pay that adds up. Start at 67CPM, with average weekly earnings of $1,545 and top performers bringing home $1,733 per week, plus stop, detention, and border crossing pay on top.*
Start strong, stay ahead. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 in orientation pay after your first dispatch, giving you a strong start from day one.
Modern trucks, real comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging just 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
Freight that stands out. Haul new pontoons, recreational boats, and fishing boats direct from manufacturers to dealerships across the US and Canada for big-name clients.
Consistent miles with scheduled home time. Run routes with planned home time out 7-14 days depending on location, keeping your schedule predictable.
