$0.68/mile to start. Up to $0.73/mile in your first year. Home every 7-10 days. No-touch freight.
Market Express is a West Coast carrier hiring CDL-A drivers to run Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and Northern California. You'll get weekly pay, late-model equipment, and a dispatch team that actually picks up the phone.
How you get to $0.73 per mile
Base pay starts at $0.68 CPM. Your monthly miles and how you drive add to it:
* 9,000 miles/month: +1¢ per mile
* 10,000 miles/month: +2¢ per mile
* 11,000 miles/month: +3¢ per mile
* Fuel efficiency bonus: +1¢ per mile
* Safety bonus: +1¢ per mile (no preventable accidents or compliance violations)
After one year, your bonus increases 30%. Every year after that it grows another 10%, up to double your original bonus rate.

Where you'll run
Oregon - Washington - Idaho - Utah - Nevada - Northern California
Terminals in Portland, OR; Millersburg, OR; and Pacific, WA. (Add how Spokane-area drivers start and end their runs, e.g. where they pick up the truck.)
Requirements
* Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
* At least 9 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
* Minimum age 23
* Good driving record
* Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
