\ N $1,200 *guaranteed weekly pay* for the first 8 weeks after orientation for qualified drivers with 6+ months of experience.

\ N Instructors are paid $1,750-$2,000 weekly
\ N $3,500 sign-on bonus
\ N In-Cab Instructors get paid an additional $500/successful student
\ N Hands-On Teaching Role - Share your expertise with new drivers!
\ N Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
\ N Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.
\ N Instructors are required to share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
\ N Instructors drive and train in new 2026 Freightliner equipment

\ N All CDLA Truck Driver Requirements:\ N Must have an active Class A CDL
\ N Must be 21 years or older
\ N No recent safety terminations
\ N Experienced CDL A Truck Drivers Requirements:\ N Must have 6 months of experience in last 12 months
\ N In-Cab Driver Instructors Requirements:\ N 3 years of verifiable, accident-free Class A CMV experience in interstate commerce
\ N Recent CDL Graduate Requirements:\ N Graduated from aCDL school within the last 90 days
