Local CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview\ N Strong pay built for local work. Drivers average $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*

\ N Home every day. This is a true local position - consistent routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift.

\ N Shifts built around local freight. Average 10-12 hour shifts with start times ranging from 4 PM to 2 AM.

\ N Scheduling thatworks. Drivers receive one set weekend day off per week plus one floating weekday off during non-peak season.

\ N Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
