CDL-A Truck Drivers- Join a 2-Time TCA Elite Fleet
Are you looking for a CDL-A truck driving job with reliable miles and a driver-first culture? Marten Transport - a back-to-back TCA Elite Fleet honoree (2025 & 2026) - is urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers to join one of the industry's most stable and financially independent fleets that puts drivers first.
From dependable schedules to competitive pay and modern equipment, Marten continues to set the standard for what drivers should expect from a carrier.
Advantages and earnings include:
$1,400-$1,650 weekly pay range
Earn $72,800-$84,000+/year
Driver Comfort : Late-model equipment with APU's, automatic transmissions & Invertors on all tractors
Consistent routes with plenty of miles
Detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period
Inclement weather pay up to $150 per day- Don't drive in unsafe conditions, and don't sit unpaid with a carrier that doesn't value your safety!
Layover pay up to $150 per day
Referral bonuses up to $2,500 per referral with UNLIMITED earning potential

Qualifications:
A current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
Must have at least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
Ability to work and interact with others
