OTR Driver Overview
Pay that rewards the miles. Top drivers earn up to $104,000 per year, with base pay of 50-55CPM depending on experience and average weekly pay of $1,300-$1,800.*
More miles, more pay. Run 2,500-3,000 miles per week and earn up to 10CPM in bonus pay based on the miles you run.*
Extra pay for extra time. Earn stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, and breakdown pay when your run calls for it.
Get paid to get started. A sign-on bonus is available to help you get rolling with TFA Logistics.
Freight that keeps you rolling. Focus on driving with 80% no-touch freight.
Trucks built for the long haul. Drive from a fleet of Peterbilt, International, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks.
Know what to expect. Drivers typically stay out 10-14 days at a time before heading home.
