About the CDL A Truck Driver Position
* 100% no-touch freight
* 85% drop-and-hook freight

Solo Driver Pay and Compensation:
* Top 50% of drivers average $97,500/year
* Top starting mileage pay:
* $0.80/mile
* $2,450 - $3,775 transition & orientation pay on 1st check (through Nov 6th)
Team Driver Pay and Compensation:
* Top 50% of drivers average $121,800 per driver/year
* Top starting mileage pay:
* $1.07/mile
* $2,450 - $3,775 transition & orientation pay on 1st check (through Nov 6th)

CDL A Truck Driver Requirements:
* Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
* At least 8 months of verifiable commercial driving experience, or 6 months if you are teaming with an experienced driver
* Currently eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle under DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policy
* To remain eligible for company insurance coverage, operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window
* No recordable accidents or major moving violations (as defined by 49 CFR 383.5) within the last 3 years
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (per 49 CFR Part 40) and have a clear status in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
