Job description
C.R. England is Urgently hiring for Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers. Two to four loads a week, three to four stops each, spread across six Western states: that is the rhythm of this dedicated Dollar Tree lane out of Ridgefield, WA.
All freight is dry, and you unload trailers yourself using rollers. If you like pairing time behind the wheel with hands-on work, this account fits.
Every week ends with a 34-hour reset at home. It's a dedicated customer with consistent routes, so you know the kind of work waiting for you.
Lane Details:
Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA
Regional routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Northern California
On average 2–4 loads per week
3–4 stops per load
Dry freight, unloaded with rollers
Hourly compensation (0 to 48 Months: $29-$30.50 | 49 to 200 Months: $31.00)
Safe and on-time bonus
Home Time:
34-hour reset at home weekly
Days off vary based on freight demands
Holiday season may mean less time off
Other times of year could bring additional time off
Schedule:
Both day and night shifts run on this lane
If you live more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA, you'll need a safe, authorized place to park the truck
Equipment:

Equipment is kept running smoothly so your rig doesn't slow you down
Pay Details:
Layover 24 hours - $200 per day
Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
Training - Retraining Pay - $200 per day
Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load
St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
Mentor pay - $50 per day - $250 per week
Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test
Clean DOT Inspection - $25
Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
21 years of age or older
3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
Must have a secure place to park the truck and trailer while on home time
