About the Position
TransForce is seeking a dependable Class B CDL Driver for a local, home-daily position supporting our client’s operations in Middletown, Ohio. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday Start time: 4:00 a.m. Shift length: 8- to 10-hour shifts

Route type: Local Freight: Cabinets, hardware, laminate, and glue Equipment: Straight truck with curtainside trailer Handling: Light touch; forklift loading and unloading
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate equipment on local routes. Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards. Perform required loading and unloading tasks using a forklift. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
Valid Class B CDL. 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. Ability to operate both manual and automatic trucks. Forklift experience required. Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years. Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
