RJR Transportation Co. is a family-run trucking company based in El Paso, Illinois, operating approximately 36 trucks. Our primary operations include flatbed and refrigerated freight , along with end dump, tanker, and van operations.
We are looking for dependable CDL Class A Flatbed Truck Drivers who want strong earning potential, consistent home time, and a company where you can build a long-term career.

What You'll Do
Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial motor vehicle
Haul flatbed freight while following DOT and company safety requirements
Properly secure, inspect, and transport loads
Complete required trip, delivery, and inspection documentation
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel
Maintain accurate logs and comply with applicable hours-of-service regulations
Safely operate equipment in varying weather and road conditions
Maintain a clean and safe truck
Report mechanical or equipment issues promptly
What We're Looking For
Valid CDL Class A
Safe driving record
Ability to meet all DOT and company qualification requirements
Flatbed driving experience preferred
Experience properly securing flatbed loads preferred
Dependable and safety-minded work ethic
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities on the road
