Location: Chattanooga, TN - regional round-trip routes
Pay: $22-$23/hour, + up to $300/mo in performance bonuses. OT on Solo2 (not Solo5).
Schedules: Solo2 (4 on / 4 off), Solo5 (5 on / 2 off), plus limited daily/flex
Freight: No-touch, drop and hook, Amazon Freight Partner
Extras: $500 bonus at 90 days, $200 referral bonus, driver-to-driver seasonal swaps, full W-2 benefits
Where We Need Drivers Right Now - And How You Move Up
We run 52 weeks a year and we are continually adding contracts, which means new schedules and time slots keep opening up. Here is where things stand today:
4 day on/4 days off, late-night starts. This is where most of our current openings are.
5 days on/2 days off, start times TBD. Expected to open in about a month and a half. Start times for those routes are still being set.
Here is the part worth reading twice: when a new time slot opens, we offer it to our current drivers first, in order of seniority. The driver who steps up and covers a night shift now is ahead of whoever we hire next when the seat they actually want comes open.
All we need from you is to tell us your goal seat - the schedule and time slot you ultimately want. We write it down, and when that seat opens, we work the list from the top.
If the only seat that works for you is one we do not have open today, tell us that too. We would rather keep you on file and call you when it opens than put you in a shift you will leave in three weeks.
Choose Your Schedule
Solo2 - 4 days on, 4 days off
Off about half the year
Only two of your resets per 8-day cycle are spent in the truck. You take the rest at home - and on a night start, a good number of those will be daytime sleep.
Your schedule is set by mid-week, so you know your week before it starts
Eligible for overtime
Solo5 - 5 days on, 2 days off
More days on per cycle means more resets spent in the truck, but more hours and a higher, steadier weekly gross
Two full days off every week
Same base rate and bonus structure as Solo2; not overtime-eligible
Daily / Flex - limited availability
A small number of daily and flex routes for drivers who want a different rhythm
Seasonal swaps: once you are driving, Solo2 and Solo5 drivers can post, browse, and request seasonal schedule swaps with each other. A swap only happens when another driver is willing to make the matching trade, so it is not guaranteed or on-demand - but it is there when a match comes together.
The Work
Regional round-trip routes out of the greater Chattanooga area, hauling Amazon freight
Drop and hook, no-touch freight. No loading, unloading, pallet jacks, tarps, straps, HAZMAT, or doubles
Late-model branded sleeper cabs with a real bunk, serviced on schedule with issues handled fast
Company-provided phone, so work stays off your personal device
HOS compliant every run. Netradyne in-cab alerts for following distance, lane discipline, fatigue, and distraction - which also protect you if another driver files a false claim
We cover fuel, tolls, and your company device and data
Pay, Built as a Stack
$22-$23/hour, paid weekly, W-2
Up to $300 per month in performance bonuses: on-time departure, on-time arrival, and safety score, up to $100 each - the building blocks behind our Safe. On Time. Home. promise
You may be eligible for a $500 bonus after you work your 90th day
$200 referral bonus, open to anyone
Solo2: weeks alternate - a lighter week around 40 hours; eligible for overtime under applicable rules.
Solo5: more days per cycle but not overtime-eligible, so weekly hours are generally steadier.
Figures assume full shifts and hours per year. Actual earnings vary by hours and routes assigned.

This Might Not Be Your Seat If You
Prefer driving without safety monitoring or GPS during shifts
Cut corners on hours of service. We track and report HOS every run.
Need specific holidays guaranteed off. Your off-blocks rotate year-round, and we cannot guarantee the days right before or after major holidays.
Have a complicated driving record. MVR and background standards are strict and non-negotiable.
Need to smoke or vape in the cab, or want to bring a passenger.
If you show up consistently, drive safely, and want that to show up in your paycheck, this seat was built for you.
What You Will Need
Valid Class A CDL, 3+ months tractor-trailer experience preferred, open to discussing other backgrounds
At least 21 years old
Meet eligibility requirements in MVRC (motor vehicle records check)
Current DOT medical certificate, and able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
Able to read and speak English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
Comfortable using a company-provided phone and a range of digital applications for dispatch communication, DVIRs, HOS logging, navigation, and yard access
Refer a Driver for a $200 Bonus
If you know a qualified CDL driver, have them apply and enter your email in the referral field. When they clear 90 days of active employment in good standing, you get a $200 gift card. No limit, open to anyone.
