What to Expect Day-to-Day: \ N Demonstrate assigned driving operations for students on a regular basis
\ N Oversee the safe operation and use of equipment when being used by students, ensuring that the company policy and standards are being adhered to
\ N Supervise all assigned trainees and complete the necessary documentation for each person, such as student attendance forms and training records
\ N Provide in-person dailyinstruction to students in the following areas: Full Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills, and Road Driving

Requirements:
\ N Valid Class A CDLLicense
\ N 3 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
\ N Clean MVR and background
\ N H.S. Diploma or GED
\ N Excellent communicationskills
\ N Possess demonstrable intellectual and leadership abilities
\ N Be able to perform duties of over-the-road, basic skills, and classroom instruction as assigned
\ N Regular, reliable, and predictable work attendance is a must
\ N Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by applicable state regulations
