Role Description
The CDL Truck Driver – Regional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mobile, AL. This role is responsible for safely operating trucks to transport nursery stock to regional customers, following scheduled routes and delivery timelines. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, securing and protecting plants for transport, and unloading products at customer locations. The driver will maintain accurate delivery documentation, comply with DOT and company safety standards, and communicate professionally with customers and the nursery team. xzgxqkn Occasional assistance with loading and organizing orders in the yard may be required to ensure efficient deliveries.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical)
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Ability to load, secure, and unload products, including handling moderate to heavy lifting
Strong time management, route planning, and basic paperwork/documentation skills
Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
