CEI Technician
On-Board Services is hiring a CEI Technician. Position Type: Full Time Contract to Direct Hire Job Location: Raleigh, NC Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, and More Compensation: $22-$30, experience minimum 2-3 years of experience. CEI Technician with experience and NCDOT Certifications Certifications Preferred:
Conventional Density Technician
Concrete Field Technician
Intro to Asphalt Pavements
QMS Density Gauge Technician
QMS Roadway Technician
QA Chemical Stabilization Technician
ABC Sampling Technician
Borrow Pit Sampling Technician
ABC Nuclear Density Technician
Description:
Assist and perform field testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials during roadway construction.
Communicate with project manager, senior technicians, contractor's representative and others as applicable regarding observations and results.
Tabulate, prepare, and submit data and observation in the form of written and digital reports as work is performed for daily transmittal.
Ability to read and interpret project plans, contract specifications, apply mathematical formulas and engineering principles.
Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, and/or weekends, as required.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and shake up to 20 pounds.
