You will work closely with supervisors and production teammates to keep tooling, equipment, and outputs aligned with customer requirements. This is an onsite, 3rd-shift role (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform a variety of approved assembly techniques and testsRead, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructionsOperate test equipment and verify calibration; conduct test auditsPerform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling and make necessary adjustments for non-conforming assembliesAssist and instruct others in daily activities and maintain production flowMaintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas while observing safety rulesUse gauges and measuring equipment to ensure assemblies meet dimensional and customer specificationsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or GEDUS person statusAbility to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawingsManual dexterity and willingness to learnGood interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team memberAbility to work the 3rd shift schedule (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)Here's What Else Might Help You OutAt least 1 year of manufacturing experiencePay Range$19.12 - $23.90/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
