Job description
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Shift Manager for the Shop Floor Quality Assurance team in Devens, MA. You will lead a team of 4-8 Specialists, ensuring quality oversight across Manufacturing, Quality Control laboratories, and Warehouse Operations on a 6am–6pm schedule.
You will drive deviations, CAPA, and batch record management within a fast-paced biopharma environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to maintain compliance and readiness for regulatory audits.
