Job description
Heidelberg Materials in Mitchell, IN, seeks a Senior Cement Plant Manager to lead all aspects of a large-scale cement operation, including kiln, raw materials, clinker production, finish grinding, maintenance, quality, safety, and cost control.
You will develop and mentor teams, drive safety and environmental compliance, manage budgeting and capital planning, and partner with corporate leadership to improve capacity, reliability and energy efficiency.
