Job description

Amrize is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor for its Portland Cement Plant in CO. You will lead 12 direct reports at night and 9 during the day, rotating 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑week on/off schedule.

You will maintain the safety program, supervise operations, and ensure quality and ISO compliance while optimizing costs and coordinating with quality control and lab teams. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing operations, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel,
