Job description
Bulk Plant OperatorPay rate: ***-***/hr Shift: 12.5 hr shifts and 3x3 weekly rotationalBulk Plant Job DutiesLoad and unload cementing bulk equipment in accordance with procedural standards.Accurately calculate load-out sheets and operate bulk plant equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor and maintain all equipment used within the bulk plant.Learn and apply all relevant processes for properly loading bulk materials, including coordination with the laboratory.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent and timely delivery of products.Monitor and update inventory levels daily to support operational needs and prevent shortages.Actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.Meet or exceed the minimum developmental standards required for the job classification.Understand and follow procedures for handling both hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely.Bulk Plant Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Experience in material handling or cementing operations preferred.Ability to learn and apply all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, and demonstrate their integration into daily responsibilities.Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Strong basic reading comprehension, verbal communication, and writing skills.Basic computer literacy is preferred
