Job description
Behavioral Innovations in Richmond, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Aliana Treatment Center. For 25 years we’ve delivered ABA therapy with a clinician-first model, centralized intake, and robust supervision to support your clinical work and family collaboration.
We offer a competitive salary between $84,500 and $96,500, 20 days of PTO plus 7 holidays, access to free CEUs, a $40,000 retention bonus, sign-on and relocation assistance, and company-paid licensure
