Role Overview
As a Center-Based BCBA at CAS,you'llserve as a clinical leader supporting children with autism and developmental needs through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.You'llcollaborate closely with families, technicians, and leadership while practicing within a structuredenvironmtdesigned to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value consistency, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Utilize developmentallyappropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools
Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs
Collect, analyze, andmonitorbehavioral data to guide treatment decisions
Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity
Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization
Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development
In some regions, mentor Associate Clinical Supervisors or individualsaccruingsupervision hours toward BCBA certification

Qualifications
Master's degree in AppliedBehavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required, where applicable)
Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care
