Salary range: $95,000-$110,000 annually (based on experience and market)

Role Overview
As a Center-Based BCBA at CAS, you’ll serve as a clinical leader supporting children with autism and developmental needs through high-quality, compassionate ABA services. You’ll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and leadership while practicing within a structured environmt designed to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value consistency, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
WhatYou'llDo
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools
Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs
Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions
Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity
Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization
Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development
In some regions, mentor Associate Clinical Supervisors or individuals accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification

Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required, where applicable)
Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care
