Job description
The Treetop ABA seeks a Center Director to lead our Wilmington, NC clinic. You will oversee daily operations, supervise a high-performing team, and ensure top-quality ABA services.
This is a hands-on leadership role in an on-site clinic, with a focus on growth and community engagement. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification, 3–5 years of leadership or BCBA experience, and excels in organizational and people management.
